5:30 - Geshe Jamyang Tsultrim - workshop on chanting Tibetan Buddhist mantras

6:45 - Sacred Harp (shapenote) singing workshop led by Kathy Vlach & Karen Willard: a brief introduction to shapenotes after which participants will be invited to sing along

1:50 - Kane Mathis: Mandinka Music of West Africa on the Kora (21-string Mandinka harp)

3:00 - Peregrine Medieval Vocal Ensemble: “A Place for the Divine” - meditative Gregorian chant, with harp music

 

 

Workshop Room

12:35 - "Sacred Sounds: Music of the World's Religions" - a talk by Sean Williams

1:10 - Doug Bridges (Didjeridu, percussion) with Ted Hunter (Didjeridu & vocal) and Mike Norwood (fiddle): Didjeridu-centered performance and interactive workshop with "Didjeri-tubes" available for attendees.

2:00 - Scott Saunders: Ta Ke Ti Na workshop: Using the body as the main instrument, Ta Ke Ti Na develops essential and fundamental musical skills in a joyful and relaxed way.
